Do I need design experience to use the kits?
No. All templates are made in Canva and fully editable, even if you’ve never used design software. If you can click and drag, you can do this.
You’ll also get a free Canva how to guide where I show you tons of tips and tricks on how to edit templates.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. But I’m committed to helping you succeed, so if you hit a snag, reach out and I may be able to help.
What if I’m not sure which support level is right for me?
Email me and I’ll help you figure out the best fit for your goals and bandwidth.
If you’re stuck on which style to choose, take the style quiz. Also, check back often as styles are frequently added to the product catalogue.
What if I want help customizing my kit?
That’s where the support levels come in. Choose the Creative Co-Pilot for light edits, or go all-in with the Happy Hour Edition for full customization, including niche-specific copy and design.
How long does the Happy Hour Edition (VIP) take to complete?
Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on project scope and your response time. You’ll get a clear timeline when we start.
What’s the license on these Canva kits?
When you purchase a kit, you’re getting a single-use license to customize and use it for your own business branding. You can edit the templates and use the final designs in your marketing, website, and social media.
However, you cannot resell, share, or redistribute the editable Canva files—or use them to create products for clients.
Canva elements used in the kits are free or come with a Pro license, which you’re responsible for maintaining if needed.
